It looks like the competition got a little intense recently on "The Voice" as the guys who are known for their bromance, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine were at each other's throats both off and on screen.

Things got a little too real between the two as the country singer decided to take the fight to Twitter.

According E! News, Shelton hinted at taking revenge on his fellow coach prior to Monday's performance show.

He tweeted, "@adamlevine... I just found the craziest thing in my phone!!! Your PERSONAL cell phone number... hope I'm not stupid enough to tweet it out..."

The Maroon 5 singer fired back at his pal and wrote, "I'm seriously amazed at @blakeshelton's stupidity..."adding, "@blakeshelton your threats are so cute."

Blake Shelton then began to tease his Twitter followers and tweeted, "Ya'll! @adamlevine doesn't think I will actually tweet out his personal cell number... he's flirting with danger...."

About an hour later the country artist asked, "I should do it right? Who wants @adamlevine's personal cell number??"

Finally Shelton tweeted the number which was retweeted by "The Voice" host Carson Daly.

The message read, "HEY EVERYONE!!! Here it is: (310)-493-7939 <-- @adamlevine's CELL NUMBER! Think I'm kidding? Try calling it!! B****!!!

Daly confirmed that the tweet was indeed Behati Prinsloo's fiance Adam Levine's number. He told the "TODAY" show, "It was his number," adding, "I knew it was real because Adam told me it was real, but I didn't know if they were going to go through with it or how it would play out."

Daly admitted that he texts Levine "quite a bit," but when he dialed that number from the press line, he revealed that "the phone that I always call him on is now discontinued."
