Is Jamie Dornan ready to quit his lead role as billionaire Christian Grey in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movies? Well, the Irish actor recently admitted that he is growing tired of tying women up.

According to E! News, during an interview with the Guardian UK in a piece published Monday, April 21st, the star reflected on a "mad year, professionally, personally." The 31-year-old said, "I'm tired. I'm tired."

Dornan, who welcomed a baby girl back in November with wife, singer Amelia Warner, admitted, "Right now I don't need to work if there's nothing that I want to do. I've done three jobs back to back. Let's see how they are received. If there's nothing I want to do, I'll just play golf and change [diapers]."

Many fans of E.L. James' bestselling erotic novel can't wait to see Jamie Dornan hit the big screen alongside costar Dakota Johnson's brunette Anastasia Steele.

The actor confessed that he picked up a particular skill during his time on set. He explained, "There are a couple of classic knots I know now," adding, "and I've put them to good use far too many times recently. In fact I'd like to do a job where I don't have to tie women to beds."

Although he has been a Calvin Klein model and held numerous acting roles, the "Once Upon a Time" actor has been fortunate to make it this far without being type casted.

He said, "I never felt I was trying to prove anything apart from to myself," adding, "Although it looks like I've only been acting a few years, we're talking hundreds and hundreds of failed auditions. I look back on it now and I don't know how anyone gets through the rejection."

Now that the movie is completed and "Everyone is very happy how the movie came out and to have it in the can," the actor will have to deal with the fame and fans that come with the success. However, he isn't too pleased about being thruster into the spotlight.

Jamie Dornan explained, "The whole thing's ridiculous," adding, "It's just all a bit silly the way it works."

The actor confessed, "I think I could lose my mind."

"Fifty Shades of Grey" hits theaters February 13, 2015.
