Following her nude photo scandal Nina Agdal decided to take to her Instagram account to post a topless photo of herself.

The model shared a picture of her top half in the buff revealing the results of her intense workouts over time.

According to Entertainment Wise, Adam Levine's ex-girlfriend shared the photo on Tuesday.

Attached to the snapshot was the caption, "#progress skinny doesnt mean weak." The Victoria's Secret angel flexed her muscles in an effort to flaunt her tone backside.

To keep her body fit Agdal told the Daily Mail that she does her best to workout "at least four times a week for an hour."

The ex-girlfriend of The Wanted's Max George went on to reveal, "I personally enjoy going to Barry's Bootcamp; it's such a great work out. It's hard but afterwards you feel like you can take over the world."

Just last week Nina Agdal was seen working out and flirting with "Entourage" star Jeremy Piven at the Kiehl's Ride For Charity event.

The 22-year-old is set to join the cast of the former HBO show in the upcoming film where she makes a sexy cameo appearance.

However, her time on the big screen will have to wait as the movie is scheduled to hit theaters in June 2015.
