It looks like Theo James isn't the only one who Shailene Woodley has great chemistry with.

According to E! News, when speaking of her "Divergent" costar Ansel Elgort, with whom she teamed up again in the highly anticipated young-adult film, "The Fault in Our Stars," the starlet admitted the two are close.

The 22-year-old explained, "He's sort of like my brother in real life." The star revealed that the pair made an "amazing" transition from the sci-fi flick to the more somber movie which is set for a summer release.

Woodley revealed that the two developed a good friendship on the "Divergent" set. She confessed, "Naturally, we get along so well...so to go from a movie where we were so comfortable with each other to a movie where vulnerable action was necessary, it was nice to have somebody that we could just really rest in each other's arms and not feel like we had to get to know each other."

She added, "We got to skip that phase."

The brunette stressed that it was important to both herself and Ansel Elgort to stay true to the characters in the book.

Shailene Woodley explained, "We really wanted to make sure we gave justice to the characters, because the way that they were described in the book was so sensitive and so vulnerable and yet powerful at the same time."

"The Fault in Our Stars" is based on the sweet, sad yet funny John Green novel that follows the story of two teenagers who meet and fall in love at a cancer support group.

However, the starlet said that the story told is more than just a devastating tale. She said, "It's a cancer book that's not about cancer."
