It looks like Ashley Olsen will be a bridesmaid and not a bride as her fraternal twin sister Mary-Kate Olsen is engaged to her boyfriend of nearly two years, French banker Olivier Sarkozy.

According to Us Weekly, sources confirmed that The Row designer, 27, and Sarkozy, 44, who is the half-brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy will be heading down the aisle.

The couple begun dating in 2012 and have been seen around New York City where they live together in their $6.25 million townhouse.

This will be the first marriage for Mary-Kate Olsen who is known for her "Full House" fame and the second for Sarkozy who was previously married to Charlotte Bernard, who he shares  two kids, Julien, 12, and Margo, 10.

A source previously said, "Mary-Kate has made him a better father. She remembers all the kids' special events," adding, "She thinks he's a great dad."

Apparently her family has high opinions of Sarkozy as well. The insider explained, "Mary-Kate's family thinks Olivier is the best thing to happen to her," adding, "They love him."
