The CW's freshman show "Reign" is set to return on Thursday night and it looks like we will be in for a world of scandal with the latest spoiler in the form of a sneak peek video.

According to Perez Hilton, although the show opens to the words, "Since Mary, Queen of Scotland, was a child, the English have wanted her country and her crown..." it looks like it is those closest to her that are looking to betray her.

In the sneak peek clip for episode 12, "Royal Blood," we see that one of Mary's ladies-in-waiting, Lola completely violate girl code.

In the clip not only is Lola more than willing to give up her virtue to Francis but she admits that she has "known a man before," but just one.

"Mary and Bash disagree on what is to be done with Catherine's younger sons, Charles and Henry. Bash wants to send them away to safety, but Mary wants to protect them herself.

"Bash secretly arranges for the boys to be taken out of France under the guise of a kidnapping, but Clarissa intercedes and kidnaps the boys for real. Nostradamus helps Catherine escape the tower but she refuses to leave when she learns her sons are missing.

"Catherine joins Mary and Bash to find Clarissa, who threatens to kill the boys. Mary hits Clarissa with a rock, apparently killing her. All return to the castle, and Catherine to the tower.

"Mary and Bash reconcile, Bash agreeing to care for the boys, and Mary asks Bash to marry her immediately. Lola goes to Paris to help her brother settle a debt, but when the debtor asks Lola to sleep with him, Francis intervenes with a wager that he wins.

"Lola comforts Francis over his situation, and the pair make love. Francis learns that Catherine is to be executed and decides to return to court."
