Whether you are on the runway or on your favorite city street there is no reason why you shouldn't have your nails painted and thanks to Nellie Partow's Fall/Winter 2014 collection, essie created two soft, layered nail looks that you can wear on and off the catwalk.

Rita Remark for essie has designed a runway inspired polish based on of the array of the neutral and pastel-colored fabrics from Partow's fashion week show.

In order to get the look just like the models from the show essie broke down the step by step process to perfect nails.

First off you will need the following essie nail products:

∙ridge filling base coat

∙sand tropez

∙spaghetti strap

∙Allure

∙Good to go top coat

Once you have gathered the items it is time to begin.

Look from slide one: Sandy beige

1. Apply one coat of ridge filling base coat to clean, filed nails

2. Next, apply one coat of sand tropez

3. Once dry, apply one coat of allure

4. Finish with good to go top coat

Look from slide two: Soft Pink

1. Apply one coat of ridge filling base coat to clean, filed nails

2. Next, apply one coat of sand tropez

3. Once dry, apply two coats of spaghetti strap

4. Finish with good to go top coat
