Kaley Cuoco has openly admitted that she and her new husband Ryan Sweeting move fairly quickly in their romance but she insists that she was well aware of what she was doing.

According to Us Weekly, during an appearance on David Letterman on Monday, February 24th "The Big Bang Theory" star admitted that she immediately connected to the tennis player after they were introduced by a mutual friend last July.

The 28-year-old explained, "We actually met on a blind date. I had never met him, and he had really never met me. He still tells me he had never seen the show, he didn't know who I was."

She continued, "He came to L.A. for a blind date -- and he never left," adding, "We had been texting, we texted a little bit. Dinner was great, and then he moved in the next day. I know, it sounds so slutty, but it wasn't!"

When Cuoco met Sweeting, 26, he was fresh off of a national tennis tour. The blonde beauty confessed, "It all did move quite fast on paper," adding, "but we really did know...And I know you're all thinking, 'She's nuts!' I swear I'm not nuts. We just fell in love."

Just three months after dating the couple became engaged and were married less than three months after the engagement news on New Year's Eve.

Initially Kaley Cuoco wanted her wedding ceremony to be a surprise for her guest but she quickly exposed the secret.

She explained, "So we were throwing a New Year's Eve party anyway, and I was like, 'Let's throw a ceremony in the party and not tell anybody,'" adding, "It was supposed to be a secret. The problem was, I could not keep my mouth shut.

"Like, I'd be getting my nails done, and I'd be like, 'Listen, I'm totally getting married in a few months.'"

She continued, "And then I'd go get my gas pumped, and I'd be telling the attendant, like, 'I'm getting married in a few months, but you're the only one that knows, so don't tell anyone!'"

"So there'd be all these articles, and my husband would be like, 'How does everyone know we're getting married?'"

The Maxim model quipped, "And I'd be like, 'I do not know. I do not know!'"
