Let face it, people do a lot of Weird things for money but did you know some people make money off of simply eating?

A woman in South Korea who calls herself "The Diva" makes around $9,000 USD a month by simply eating in front of a webcam.

According to Reuters, "The Diva" who's name is Park Seo-yeon, spends about three hours each day broadcasting herself eating from her apartment.

The 34-year-old sits in front of thousands of viewers who watch and chat with her in real time over the Internet.

Seo-yeon's choice of employment is South Korea's latest fad, gastronomic voyeurism, where people pay to watch someone else eat.

The woman, who quit her job is not alone in her money making effort. Apparently there are 3,500 other people doing similar programs in South Korea.

Some say that the craze is comforting to those who eat alone while Park Seo-yeon believes that it serves as an alternative for people on diets or those who do not have time to eat.
