Cocotique, the deluxe beauty box subscription company for women of color and diverse ethnicities, kicks off 2014 with a special "beauty" meets "food" box in collaboration with Chef Roblé Ali of Bravo's Chef Roblé and Co.

Each month the brand's digital Cocotique magazine highlights women who exude beauty, through confidence grace and optimism. This month will feature their first COCOMan of the month Chef Roblé Ali, who will give us the scoop on some of his favorite recipes and what else he has cooking in his life.

The wildly popular chef, who has provided culinary services for notable individuals such as Leonard DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson, Michael Jackson and President Obama to name a few, always creates one-of-a-kind dining experiences for his high-end clientele across the country. "The connection between food and fragrances in beauty is so powerful. We all know by now that it's equally important to nurture your body from the inside out," Roblé explained to BeautyPress.

Chef Roblé has already inducted himself into the beauty world, creating hs very own fragrance, Clique. "Working on my own fragrance line reinforced this connection...culinary ingredients have so much in common with beauty and fragrance: fruits, herbs, spices which not only smell delicious but have major skin benefits too," the chef explained. "In anticipation of my fragrance launch, I'm excited to curate this Beautifully DeliciousCocotique box with beauty for body and soul," said Roblé.

"We're thrilled to partner with Chef Roblé for our January Box," says Dana Hill, founder and CEO of Cocotique. "This special collection of food inspired beauty products beautifully combines his passion for food and our passion for beauty."

Several of the brands in January's "Beautifully Delicious" beauty box include: Carol's Daughter Macadamia Hair Shine Mist, OPI Nail Lacquer, I Knead Sourdough, and African Botanics Marula Oil Gift Set (a bonus box gift). "The great thing about African Botanics Marula oil is that this oil nourishes not only our beautiful skin, but also the communities that produce it," the brand explained. "Marula Oil is proudly sourced in South Africa through a Fair Trade program that supports women in village collectives, protects the environment and Marula trees."

Cocotique continues to be a force in the beauty world providing subscribers 5-6 samples of beauty and lifestyle products from high-end and niche brands. For more information about the beauty box service, visit www.cocotique.com.
