It looks like Prince Harry has every intention on ditching royal duties so he can ring in the 2014 with girlfriend Cressida Bonas. While the couple spent Christmas apart with the royal of Wales celebrating the holiday with the Queen at Sandringham he plans to spend the next holiday with the blonde beauty.
According to the Daily Mail, on Christmas, Bonas stayed with her father Jeffrey and stepmother Penelope just a few miles away from the royal estate in Norfolk. However, sources close to the couple insist that the pair, who has been dating for around 19 months, will be reunited in time for the New Year.
Prior to Christmas Day Prince Harry, 29, and Cressida Bonas, 24, spent the weekend together at Sir Richard Branson's mansion in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The two stayed as guests of the tycoon's son Sam, 28, and his wife Isabella Calthorpe, 33, who is Bonas' half-sister.
Prince William's little brother was seen hanging out with Sam Branson in The Bell pub at Hampton Poyle on Sunday before returning to the mansion which was not too far away.
Following his time ringing in 2014 with his girlfriend Harry plans to spend a few days skiing before he has to return to duty as an Apache helicopter pilot.
Despite the fact that the couple has been spending a lot if time together friends are now dismissing rumors that the two are set to get engaged. The socialite is actually focused on her future, she recently graduated from a dance course but is believed to be considering a career in teaching instead.
Reports have continue to surround the popular pair with outlets alleging that Prince Harry is set to hold a dinner party at Sandringham to which Cressida was invited.
However an insider revealed, "It's not true. Cressida isn't at, or going to Sandringham, adding, "That's not something that would happen when the Queen is in residence, as she will be until early February."
