It looks like Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom after four years of marriage. News broke that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star decided to legally call it quits with the athlete on Friday, December 13th.

According to TMZ, the 29-year-old's lawyer Laura Wasser filed the legal documents for the divorce citing "irreconcilable differences."

The reality star is not seeking spousal support but is asking that the judge reject any request for spousal support from Lamar Odom and is demanding that Odom be removed from her last name.

According to Us Weekly, the former couple's prenup reportedly kept all of their property separate. Khloe Kardashian married the NBA player, 34, in September 2009 after only one month of dating.

The couple has been separated over the past couple of months after it was discovered that Odom was abusing drugs and cheating on his wife.

A source close to the reality star explained that the couple hasn't spoken to one another since they spent Thanksgiving apart. The insider said, "She flip-flopped several times, but she can't imagine having kids with someone who refuses to seek help for his disease."

The Kardashian Kollection designer has shared her marriage struggles through her E! reality show. In a preview clip for season nine of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Odom can be heard begging for forgiveness over the phone.

He tells Khloe, "I would do anything to be accepted back by you guys," adding, "You guys are all I've got."

Now that the relationship is done a source close to the former Los Angeles Clippers player revealed that he is "really sad."

The day before Kardashian filed for do she posted a cryptic message on her Instagram account. It read, "I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish."
