In a new report a plastic surgeon has claimed that Kim Kardashian has had several cosmetic procedures done over the year including breast augmentations and a nose job. While a source close to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" star says her famous butt is real they explained that it doesn't mean she hasn't had work done.

According to Hollywood Life, a source revealed that despite her butt being real, Kanye West's fiancé has tried Botox and Fraxel, a skin firming laser.

The insider told the December 16th issue of OK! magazine, "while her butt is all hers, she did have the area between her rear and her thighs [worked on], so that she has definition there without working out.

"She had the tip of her nose shaved off years ago, and she's had numerous procedures done to flatten her stomach - two weeks after [giving birth] she started getting CoolSculpting to freeze the belly fat."

However, a friend of the starlet recently came forward to shut down rumors about their dear friend. The source said that the magazine's report is "offensive and false. Kim doesn't even know what CoolSculpting is!"

But the publication goes on to allege that Kim Kardashian admitted on her blog she wanted to get a breast lift after having kids, and the OK! source said that she has already had one or two done.

The insider explained, "She did some breast augmentation procedure, and I think she did it a second time as well," adding, "Kim was getting Botox every couple months when she was 20 and 21."

Dr. Douglas Taranow who is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon based in New York City who has not treated the 33-year-old claimed, "Kim's nose is much thinner than in earlier photos, leading me to believe she has had it altered."

A source told the magazine, "The smart stars start early, with very small procedures that contour and subtly reshape. By the time they're in their late 30s and 40s, no one is the wiser."

Kim Kardashians rep had no comment to the allegations.
