Pitbull may be known for upbeat dance songs, but he's crossing over into the fragrances world! The Miami-based rapper will debut his first self-titled line of men's and women's scents with a preselling venture on Dec 1.

Hasn't the "Feel this Moment" lyricist had us running to the club for a while now? The 32-year-old, named Armando Christian Perez, has millions in record sales and world tours underneath his belt already. Now, he's adding onto his roster with the exclusive fragrances, which he will debut at his New Year's Eve concert at American Airlines in Miami. Working with global fragrance leader, Givaudan, Pitbull launches the respective items in three sizes for both sexes.

The women's perfume has top notes of juicy raspberries, crisp red apples and sunny mandarin. Ladies can also enjoy the formula for its heart of nectarine blossom, freesia and jasmine, mixed with a base of creamy woods, amber, vanilla alongside musk. The men's juice has an "opening act" of sun-drenched bergamot, mandarin, cardamom and sage; also included in the product is a "main event" of violet, woods and verbena, alongside an "encore" of sultry vetiver, musk, rich tonka bean mixed with amber.

Pitbull has always known just what smells excite him, and will intoxicate his fans. "I was always around these great-smelling products and I would see the way [my mother] would mix them up and wear different outfits," said the rapper to Women's Wear Daily. "I was always intrigued by fragrance. When we started talking about it, it was about very sexy smells. The woman can wear the men's cologne and the man can wear the women's perfume."

Known as Mr. Worldwide, the energetic performer used Twitter and Facebook to update his fans on the creation process. He wanted to produce cylindrical-shaped bottles, inspired by the buildings that he has traveled to in Dubai, Shanghai and other places around the globe.

The women's and men's eaux de toilettes come in 1 oz. package for $30, 1.7 oz. for $45 and 3.4 oz. for $55, respectively. Males can also purchase a 3.4-oz. aftershave for $36, and a 2.6-oz. deodorant stick for $14. Pitbull's global licensing partner, Jacavi Worldwide and Parlux Ltd., his fragrance licensee, will have the scents available for purchase exclusively on Amazon.com until Feb. 14, 2014. The fragrances may hit department stores or the mass market after that, depending on sales.

Limited-edition flankers for these scents are already in the works, too. A Miami variation is set for a 2015 launch, and a Rio version should arrive in 2016. The rapper may release London and Berlin options,  too.
