Many fans are happy that Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are engaged but many forget about his girlfriend Nina Agdal who he dumped to settle down with the love of his life. The model found out about her ex-boyfriend's engagement to her fellow Victoria's Secret model via text message.

Meanwhile, when all is said and done Agdal insists she's not holding any grudges towards the Maroon 5 lead singer.

According to Us Weekly, in the December issue of Ocean Drive magazine the model was asked if the Levine split taught her anything about love and the Danish model was very honest about the break up.

She said, "No, it didn't [teach me anything love. I am 21 years old, and I don't think anyone who is 21 knows what love is about yet."

When reflecting on Levine's wedding plans with Prinsloo, the Sports Illustrated 2012 "Rookie" said, "I think love just happens. It happened to them and I'm happy for them."

The back story of this complicated love story began when Adam Levine and Nina Agdal started dating immediately following the "One More Night" singer's split from Prinsloo, whom he had dated from May 2012 to May 2013.

A friend of the model told Us Weekly that Agdal's romance with Levine, 34, fell apart in June after "The Voice" coach "went MIA on Nina and stopped answering her calls." The singer later informed Agdal about his engagement to Behati Prinsloo, 24, in July through a text message.

The model who covers Ocean Drive isn't letting the break up from the popular singer eat away at her. She said, "I am not even worried about anything like that. If something is meant to be, then it will be. I feel like so many young girls have this idea of a relationship or marriage or love and [they] don't even know.

"We are 21 years old, okay? Go out, have a tequila, and stop worrying about it."

Nina Agdal has found herself another famous singer to call a boyfriend as it was recently revealed that she was dating The Wanted's Max George.

Last month the British pop star, 25, told OK! Magazine about his new girlfriend. He said, "We're very much in the honeymoon period. She's awesome," adding, "She's like a best mate as much as a girlfriend."

Despite being a gorgeous young model Agdal admitted that criticism still hurts her. She confessed, "There have been times when people have told me to lose weight or tone up certain areas," adding, "If somebody tells you to lose weight, it is like a punch in the face."

The cover girl also discussed her thoughts on plastic surgery, which she believes is "fine" in small, incremental adjustments. She said, "If you've had kids and you want your boobs lifted a little bit, of course you should get them lifted."

She went on to say, "If it makes you feel better, I'm totally for it."
