After announcing his engagement to model Behati Prinsloo shortly after his break up with Nina Agdal, the Maroon 5 lead singer opened up about his plans to get married to his dream girl.

During his appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" Levine was questioned about his wedding plans.

According to Us Weekly, the singer joked, "Famous last words, 'I'll never get married.'"

He added, "I still don't necessarily think you have to get married unless you meet someone that makes you want to marry them. And then you marry them and it's wonderful."

Although, happy and madly in love "The Voice" coach admitted that he and the Victoria's Secret model have yet to set a wedding date.

"We're working on it," he told Leno.

Behati Prinsloo, 24, and Adam Levine, 34, started dating in June 2012 and never formally announced a split, according to the magazine.

But in spring 2013, news broke that the "One More Night" singer was dating Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal, 21, after splitting with Prinsloo.

However in July 2013, Levine announced his shocking engagement to Prinsloo, which he reportedly informed Agdal about via text message.

Right now the singer is taking life one step at a time with is main focus being his costume for Halloween with his fiancé.

He told the host, "We're going to do Eyes Wide Shut, kinda creepy masquerade thing," he went on to say, "It's gonna be really creepy and awesome."
