This week, my picks are the crème de la crème! No really, they're all creams! Haha, all jokes aside, I've been using three new great moisturizers for face and body that I wanted to highlight and share as my weekly faves this time around. The colder months are here ladies, so it's time to up your hydration game! Click through the slideshow to see each of my latest obsessions and let me know if you've tried any!

One thing about me, I'm a sucker for ginger. I love the scent, the taste, it's divine. So of course I'm now a huge fan of Camille Rose's Ginger Spice Whipped Body Crème. For $12, try this limited edition fall scent that's filled with unrefined shea butter nibs, coconut kernels, aloe Vera, distilled water, rosemary and lavender extracts. This cream is super hydrating and leaves my skin with a soft sheen. It's whipped so it feels light in consistency, which is always refreshing when the cooler season is usually all about heavier formulas. And did I mention it smells good enough to eat? Well it does!

We highlighted the Sente Dermal Repair Cream a while back and I'm resurrecting this product for my own personal pick. If you're looking for a science and natural ingredient hybrid, consider this pumping powerhouse. For $80, you might be investing a bit more than you'd like to in 15ml, but the formula is designed to activate a "master molecule" naturally found in the skin that triggers cell renewal. The tingling my skin feels after I use this definitely renews my belief in keeping this a part of my rotating skin care regimen.

And the Hydrate Luxe Moisture Rich Cream by Obagi is a happy new addition to my beauty regime. Newly launched this month, this $70 hydrator is made with Shea butter, mango butter, avocado, and wrinkle fighting peptides. Sold to medical offices, you know you've scored a cream that works when plastic surgeons are buying it too. The feel of the moisturizer is luxe, with a little going a long way to hydrate your face and leave a supple, healthy glow.
