Alex Rodriguez made his first appearance after his legal team was blocked from unveiling a major league baseball whistleblower on Monday.
According to JustJared, the Yankees third baseman, 38, and his girlfriend, Torrie Wilson were out and about amid the athlete's doping scandal.

Cameras caught the controversial sports star and his blonde significant other leaving their gym and heading to a grocery store in Miami. The sighting came on the same day that Rodriguez's attornies were denied the chance to hold a press conference to shed light on the athlete's shocking suspension.
"We'd prefer that this hearing be open publicly," said Joseph Tacopina, leader of Rodriguez' legal team, about wanting to overturn his 211- game suspension for doping. "All we want is for the truth to come out, and all we want is for the testimony to come out, particularly [MLB executive Rob] Manfred's."
According to CBS Sports, the lawyers wouldn't say whether the "whistleblower" worked for Major League Baseball, one of its teams or affiliates.
Rodriguez's legal team have repeatedly complained about MLB's investigation, referring to the lawsuit as a "witch hunt." His attorneys even said that the MLB paid for information and intimidated witnesses, but the league had denied all the claims.
After canceling the news conference, A-Rod's lawyers called for MLB and the players' union to open the appeal hearing about his suspension to the public.
