According to a new US Weekly report, the 20-year-old performer went wild and locked lips with just about everyone at her after-midnight bash at the Jazz Room and Finale nightclubs in New York City on Tuesday.

Cyrus, who was most recently romantically linked to Theo Wenner, is reportedly playing the field after breaking off her engagement. She clearly had a lot to celebrate including the new album released on the same day as her big event.

The soiree was a "hedonistic, crazy-fun time!," reported US.

Arriving around 2:45 a.m., the controversial star who was rumored to be having Juicy J's baby had on a very revealing outfit. Cyrus, who loves to wear skimpy, barely-there clothes, had on a vintage pink lingerie-inspired ensemble.

Justin Bieber's friend showed up to her party in a bra top and high-waisted skirt, T.U.K. black-and-white platform creepers, gold and diamond bangles and a diamond Celine necklace.

Though her clothing was scene-stealing, the singer's behavior was more eye-catching.

At her table, Cyrus was sitting with her rapper friend and collaborator, Mike Willl Made It. The starlet danced to their "23" song, paying extra special attention to her friend.

"Miley was all over Mike Will Made It," the observer added. "Grinding all over him, kissing his neck."

The hip hop producer responded to Cyrus by kissing her neck and grabbing her butt. But he couldn't stop her from dancing and twerking on several women, and even making out with an unidentified blonde friend.

And at one point, Cyrus grabbed a female friend's cleavage and "motorboated" Beacher's Madhouse performer, Amazon Ashley, an eyewitness said.
