With Marvel's film "Thor: The Dark World" highly anticipated release date looming, a new clip from the upcoming movie shows Thor and Loki creating an alliance.
Thor who is the Prince of Asgard, played by Chris Hemsworth is seen asking his adoptive brother Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, for help to save the Nine Realms from a new enemy.
The scene seems to take place after he defeated his brother in 2012's "The Avengers" film in which Loki was taken from earth in handcuffs and jailed once he returned back to his planet.
Fast forward to present day, it seems the mighty have fallen and that Thor is willing to negotiate an uncomfortable alliance between the two, according to E! News.
Thor says to his brother who is sitting in a cell, "I know you seek vengeance as much as I do. If you help me escape Asgard, I will grant it to you."
To which Loki replies, "You must be truly desperate to come to me for help. What makes you think you can trust me?"
Thor confirms, "I don't."
"But you should know when we fought each other in the past, I did so with a glimmer of hope that my brother was in there somewhere...you betray me and I will kill you."
In which Loki says with a smirk, "When do we start?"
In the sequel, the two brothers will battle the Dark Elves which is an ancient race led by Malekitch the Accursed played by Christopher Eccleston, who seeks to plunge the universe into darkness.
The movie takes place a year after the events following "The Avengers" where we can find Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) back in the picture and Thor trying to smooth things over with his love since bringing her to Asgard after she's infected by a mysterious energy.
"Thor: The Dark World," is set to hit theaters on November 8th.
