Deborah Lippman has created a new "Wicked" inspired nail polish collection out now!

In celebration of the Broadway show's 10th anniversary, the mancurist to the stars dreamt up a trio of fabulous new colors. The limited-edition lacquers come in a pretty pink, matte green and shimmering emerald. In the lead currently is the glistening pink lacquer with a shimmer finish inspired by the character, Glinda, which seems to be the most popular. The shade perfectly matches Glinda's pink, glittery dress, Deborah said.

Defying Gravity, the green lacquer with a crème finish, found its muse in the character, Elphaba. Deborah and her team used pieces of fabric from the actress' onstage body suit, and her MAC Chromacake in Landscape Green body makeup as inspiration. Chromacake has a highly pigmented opaque matte finish, which the nail maven wanted to copy into the nail shade.

"I thought that creating this shade would make it easy for the actress to have a polish for the show that matched the skin tone," Deborah said, "Or at least my goal was to be able to give them the option to do so. I love this shade because when you're at home, you can transform into Elphaba and become her," she explained. "She's the girl who is a little bit different, but at the end of the day, we're all different so you can use this polish whenever you want show off your individuality. To wear green, you really have to be willing to experiment and do something different with your nails."

Rounding out the range is One Short Day, an emerald glitter inspired by none other than The Emerald City. The exact inspiration for this shade, Deborah said, is the scene where Elphaba and Glinda arrive at The Emerald City in the musical. One Short Day has the "glamour of Oz," the fashionable nail artist added of the color which also celebrates Pantone's Color of the Year.

The "Wicked" nail polish trio comes with many great benefits. The long-wearing lacquers are infused with biotin, green tea extract and aucoumea for healthier-looking nails. And all the celebrity mancurist's products are free of formaldehyde, resin, toluene, DBP and camphor.
