"The Vampire Diaries" spinoff "The Originals" season 1 is set to premiere on the CW and even though we are only one day away from the start of what can be a thrilling show we have some juicy spoilers before you cozy up to the television on Thursday night.

In the new promo we see Elijah after he strikes a deal to exchange Klaus' blood to cure Marcel's wolf-bitten friend for Jane Ann's body. The way he stared as Marcel reminded a witch of her place in the hierarchy makes us wonder if the vampire has any intention on helping his brother become king?

Another thing we were curious about was Hayley's upcoming baby bump and when if ever are we going to see it.

Well, Phoebe Tonkin, the hot Australian actress who plays the werewolf dished some details to Entertainment Tonight.

"I got to play with a belly, but I don't think it's for anything that's coming up," the 24-year-old told ETonline.

"I just wanted to put it on and take a photo of it so I could send it to my mother and scare the s-t out of her."

Although she isn't a fan favorite seeing as her drunken night with Klaus threw a wrench in the Caroline and Tyler romance the actress is on a mission to make fans like her, according to Wetpaint.

She revealed, "I get very involved in TV shows, too, so I understand how it feels when you have one character coming between two characters people have grown really fond of."

She explained, "Julie [Plec] and I have discussed this and she really enjoys the challenge this presents because the fans have already decided how they feel about this character, and now it's up to Julie and the writers and me to get the fans on Hayley's side."

Tonkin's character has had several "oh no" moments but the Aussie insists it is just in Hayley's nature to mess up. She said, "She was orphaned at a young age, so she makes rash decisions and then deals with the consequences after."

She added, "If anything, she's one of the most human characters on all these shows because she does these impulsive things, and then says, 'Oh God, now I'm in this terrible position.'"
