It was announced last week that Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting were engaged and now it seems the happy couple is ready to show off their post engagement glow. "The Big Bang Theory" actress and her new fiancé were spotted out in Sherman Oaks, California, two days after the news broke.

Cuoco, 27, and her tennis player boyfriend, 26, were spotted holding hands while grabbing lunch at Marmalade Cafe on Saturday September 28th. The two were dressed casually with dark sunglasses on as the hot actress wore a pink maxi dress while her soon to be husband wore shorts and a t-shirt under his cardigan.

And of course, the hot Maxim model wore her newest accessory, her diamond engagement ring. A source told Us Weekly, "It's only been three months but she knows Ryan is the one."

The insider added, "When you know, you know."

A friend close to Cuoco said, "[She's] never felt this way. She knows this is it."

The pair decided to take the big step just days after making their first official red carpet appearance as a couple at a pre-Emmys party as well as attending the Emmy Awards show in Los Angeles.

The starlet was first spotted with the engagement ring on the set of her latest movie "The Wedding Ringer." Clearly over the moon with Sweeting's proposal the actress took to Twitter to express her joy, "Flying high, I could literally touch the sky with you..." she tweeted shortly after the proposal.

The pair are engaged following three months of dating. The two got together shortly after the actress' break up with "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill.
