Although "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 will premiere on Thursday, September 26th, 12 new photos from episode 2 have already surfaced.

The network released the photos for the second episode of Season 10, "Everybody's Crying Mercy," featuring images of McDreamy cuddling his newborn baby along with other spoiler pictures.

ABC also revealed the synopsis for the episode.

It read, "Meredith and Derek adjust to life at home with a newborn but find it difficulty being away from the hospital; Arizona tries to takes steps to fix her broken marriage; Alex and Jo navigate through their new relationship; and Owen clashes with Jackson over financial issues at the hospital. Meanwhile, April anxiously awaits her boards results."

Looking further into the season, the anticipated 200th episode synopsis has already been released! In season 10, episode 4 "Puttin' on the Ritz" the doctors will host a fundraising gala, according to Hypable.

The spoiler site reported that in "Grey's Anatomy" season 10, episode 3 "Everybody's Crying Mercy," Owen and Jackson will argue over the hospital's finances with the solution being a fundraising gala, which will be seen in episode 4.

The synopsis for "Puttin' on the Ritz" is as follows.

"'Puttin' on the Ritz' - The doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial throw a fundraising gala which turns wildly competitive after Jackson makes a rash promise. Back at the hospital, Bailey's patience is tested when she has to deal with several extremely difficult patients.

"Meanwhile, Shane and Stephanie handle an incredibly busy ER by themselves and Alex reveals an emotional secret to Jo on a very special 200th episode of 'Grey's Anatomy.'"

"Grey's Anatomy" season 10 returns to ABC with a two-hour event on Thursday, September 26th.
