Celebrity makeup artist, Spencer Barnes, created yet another beautiful look on starlet Julianne Hough last weekend for the Emmys. Click through the slideshow to check out a few photos from the night and what products Barnes use to create his makeup masterpiece.

Wanna steal some of Hough's hot red carpet makeup swag? Here's how to get the look:

As always, Spencer used Merle Norman's Aqua Balance Foundation in shade L26. We hear he swears by it! This weightless liquid foundation "tunes in" to skin's needs, controlling oil where there's shine and moisturizing where it's dry for a long-wearing balanced look.

"You've gotta love a foundation that's weightless, so you don't feel like you're wearing a pound of makeup on your face," Spencer told OK! Magazine. "It's specially formulated to control oil where there's shine and moisturize your dry patches to balance your look."

The innovative foundation formula helps inhibit oil production with enzyme technology and Seaweed Extract. This is a perfect feature for any foundation to have, especially when you plan to have tons of paparazzi cams flashing in your face. With no room for blemished skin, Spencer created a truly flawless base for Julianne, with not an imperfection in sight. The Aqua Balance foundation is also fragrance-free, non-acnegenic, and is non-comedogenic. No wonder Spencer keeps it handy in his kit.

We hear Spencer wanted to keep the look fresh for Julianne to compliment her cool seafoam dress. Spencer then accented Julianne's baby blues with Merle Norman's Soft Touch Eye Pencil in shade Teak, a chocolate-y brown shade that created a soft smoldering look.

If you're craving smoldering eyes, this ultra creamy pencil has just the right touch. Perfect for a long night out, this little guy is masterfully formulated for versatility. Each shade glides on smoothly to deliver long wearing bold color. Like Spencer did for Julianne, use it to create a smoky eye or as a powder-grabbing eyeshadow base. The formula is also waterproof and fragrance-free.

Julianne's makeup complimented her glamorous gown gorgeously. The triple threat dancer, actress, and singer wore a sheer seafoam green floor-length dress designed by Jenny Packham.
