Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted out in Los Angeles checking in on their $11 million Bel Air mansion. The couple is currently overseeing the multimillion dollar renovations on the new home they plan to move into with their baby girl North West.

According to Us Weekly, a source told the magazine that when it comes to the progress in the completion of the mansion, "It's not close to being done, but it's coming along."

Kardashian and West were spotted in the "Yeezus" rapper's Lamborghini on Thursday without their 3 month old daughter.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star showed off her new blonde hair and post baby body while on the construction site. Kim flaunted her smaller figure in tight white skinny jeans and a white tank top. The reality star opted to dress down the chic look with a pair of flip flops.

The pair who currently resides at Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner's Calabasas home were spotted together for the first time since the "New Slaves" artist returned from New York City where he was attending the Louise Goldin's show at Milk Studios during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on September 7th.

While in NYC, West made a memorable visit to the "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" show where he dissed Kardashian's ex-boyfriend and sextape co-star Ray J.

During his "Bound 2" performance the rapper belted out the lyrics "Brandy's little sister lame man he know it now/ When a real brother hold you down you 'sposed to drown."

Said in his September 9th performance, the intentional diss comes sometime after Ray J released the "I Hit It First" single in April.

The song Ray J sings, "She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/ But we all know I hit it first," referring to ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian. The song went on to say, "I had her head going North and her ass going South/ But now baby chose to go West."

Kardashian has since moved on from her the singer and is focused on her family and losing the last of her baby weight.
