Alexa Vega and Carlos Pena Jr. are now engaged! The "Big Time Rush" singer, 24, and "Machete Kills" actress, 25, announced their future nupitals on Instagram recently.

According to US Weekly, the blonde starlet is off the market less than a year after divorcing her ex-husband, Sean Covel.

But Covel holds no hard feelings, congratulating the couple on their engagement. Vega's rep confirmed the big nupital news to JustJared recently after Vega posted a revealing message via social media.

"Hello fiance," the starlet wrote on her Instagram account with a picture of Pena Jr. on Thursday.

Vega and Pena Jr. began dating late last year. The "Spy Kids" actress filed for divorce from film producer Covel, 37, in July 2012 after two years of marriage.

The former couple finalized their divorce in December 2012.

And though they are not together anymore, Vega and Covel are cordial with each other. The actress retweeted Covel's congratulations on her engagement message on Thursday.

"Deepest congratulations to @alexavega and @TheCarlosPena!," Covel posted before jokingly adding another one-liner. "Many your days be happy, lives be long, and your children, somehow, be tall."
