Even though he is dating Mila Kunis and in the midst of a divorce with Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher managed to be cordial with his ex-wife as they shared a flight back to Los Angeles together.

The two were spotted arriving in the Burbank airport following a flight from San Jose after returning from a tech event.

Although we would all assume that it was an awkward reunion, the Daily Mail reported that Kutcher, 35, and Moore, 50, appeared to be locked in an intense, friendly and very genuine conversation.

The actor could be heard telling his ex-wife about what sounded like a project muttering, "'It could really work." The pair was then approached by a swarm of photographers and video journalists eager to capture the unexpected reunion.

Even though they eventually parted ways and went about their day, it seemed clear that the pair is back on good terms.

Moore is reportedly seeking spousal support from the "Jobs" actor even though she has more in the bank than him and received a reported $15 million from ex-husband Bruce Willis in their 2000 divorce.

"The Indecent Proposal" actress allegedly wants money from Kutcher in order to pay for renovations to her $25 million New York apartment.

A source told the New York Post, "Ashton and Demi are still not divorced, and no settlement has been agreed, even though they have been in negotiations for over a year.

"Ashton made a lot of money after they married, but he doesn't believe he owes her as much as she is asking for."

While Kutcher was chatting it up with his ex-wife, his girlfriend and rumored fiancé, Mila Kunis was busy posing on the red carpet of the Toronto International Film Festival.

Kunis revealed to Us Weekly that this was her first time at the Toronto Film Festival. She told the magazine, "It's a little crazier than I thought it was going to be! I honestly thought it was going to be a little more low-key. It's a little more fancy-pants here!"

The actress didn't seem too broken up about her boyfriend's chat with his ex-wife. Last week a source told People, "[Ashton] knows what they have is amazing and special."

"He's been thinking about proposing for a long time."

The insider also told the magazine, "Ashton is set on proposing [to Mila]. He really wants to marry her and is so annoyed that there is still the hold up with the divorce."
