Kim Kardashian, Kourtney's sister and North West's mom, revealed her CR Fashion Book photos recently. The reality TV star wore a grill in Carine Roitfeld's high fashion shoot.

According to the New York Daily News, Kardashian, 32, got in touch with her edgy style before motherhood.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star showed off her baby bump in the magazine just one month before giving birth to her daughter in June. Roitfeld, Vogue Paris's editor-in-chief, had a lot to say about the photos shot by famed fashion visionary, Karl Lagerfeld.

Roitfeld told the Huffington Post about what she learned from Lagerfeld about conquering the fashion world.

"Always surprise people," Roitfeld said. "...I think it's good to have surprises in fashion because we always see the same things." 

Roitfeld also was very excited to have Kardashian pose for her glossy.

"Pregnancy is something that I always love," Roitfeld said, according to Women's Wear Daily. "[The issue with Kardashian is a] precious moment in Kim's pregnancy that people haven't seen. It's about hope and the future and a new baby." 

For the glossy's cover, Kardashian showed off one of the hottest celebrity trends known as the gold grill. Many rappers have rocked the trend for years, and Rihanna has even embraced it lately.

CR Fashion Book hits newsstands on Thursday, Sept. 12.
