The latest "Boardwalk Empire" season 4 trailer has arrived and with a September premiere date not too far behind, fans are becoming more anxious as the most recent promo provides spoilers for the HBO hit show.

The latest promo reveals that there is a new bad guy in town and his name is Dr. Valentin Narcisse. Jeffery Wright joins the season 4 cast as Harlem-based Trinidadian drug lord who according to Bloomberg has a pleasant voice and no patience for slackers of any color.

Narcisse arrives on the Atlantic City mob scene which is currently under the control of crime lord Nucky Thompson, going deeper into the various racial issues that the period drama is known for exploring.

Even as the new boardwalk club owner things look dim for Chalky White. When speaking of his new status to Nucky Thompson, Narcisse says in disgust, "One looks down in secret and sees many things. I saw a servant pretending to be a king."

However, it looks like someone is destined for an all-out brawl as a scene cuts to Chalky saying, "let's end it."

In season 4 fans can look forward to more screen time for Anthony Laciura who plays Edward), and Stephen Graham who plays Al Capone.
