The latest Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom cheating rumor is that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, 29, may divorce the former Los Angeles Laker, 30. Many fans believe the couple are heading to splitsville after a new report said that they are now separated and living apart.

According to TMZ, the couple is taking a break but are not seeking a divorce at this time.

The news comes after Kardashian reportedly threw Odom out of their mansion on Wednesday after he wouldn't cooperate with a drug intervention. Multiple sources told the celebrity news site that because of his refusal, Kardashian though a separation was in order.

The NBA star has allegedly abused cocaine for the last two years, and Kardashian could not take the addiction anymore. At this point, she reportedly wants nothing to do with him.

Amid the trouble, neither party has consulted a divorce attorney though sources told TMZ that a permanent break up is likely.

If a divorce does happen, the couple will not have much to fight over. They signed an iron-clad pre-nupital agreement, which would make a split legally much easier for both of them, according to TMZ.

Whether they stay together or not, Kardashian has the support of her family, a source told Hollywood Life.

"The entire family is rallying around Khloe," the source close to the Kardashian said. "They support her whatever she decides to do."

The source also added that Kardashian has never wanted to have a baby with Odom while he was on drugs. And that she was unable to tell the truth about his drug addiction to protect him.

The couple fell in love quickly, and tied the knot after only a four-week courtship. They were reportedly doing well until cheating rumors hit about Odom's alleged affairs with two different women weeks ago.
