Lindsay Lohan posted photos on Instagram this week, looking healthy and drug free. "The Canyons" actress recently got out of her mandated 90-day stint in rehab.

Lohan, 27, posted the glamorous photo below with the caption "#back@work! So grateful today! :)"

Since finishing rehab, Lohan has been seen out and about "donning a much healthier frame," according to the Daily News.

Meanwhile Lohan missed the premiere of her recent film "The Canyons," on two Tuesdays ago, the films cast and crew explained why she couldn't make it.

"She's decided not to be here because she's worried coming out of rehab [and] hanging out in L.A. for the weekend," the film's director Paul Schrader told the audience in a speech before the movie was shown, according to People.

Schrader also sounded hopeful about Lohan's recovery, as did the film's producer, Braxton Pope, who had recently visited Lohan at the Betty Ford Center.

"A lot of it's up to her," Schrader said. "If she can create a reputation of reliability, and that's her number one problem, she will have a career because people do ... like her."

"We talk all the time and I think she's doing quite well," Pope told reporters. "She's very serious about her career and future work."

It does appear that Lohan is trying to do everything to remain sober.

You can see her soon in the eight-part documentary series on Oprah Winfrey's network, OWN.

"I thought that she's in the best place that I've ever seen her," Winfrey told "Good Morning America" earlier this month of Lohan.

"I believe that she believes that she is now ready. And she admitted that there were other times when she was pretending to be ready and not quite sure. And sometimes resentful that she was being, you know, put in a position where she had to go to rehab. I think this is the first time I could see it really benefited her."

The show premieres this Sunday at 9/8c.
