"Lovelace" actress Amanda Seyfried and "Zack and Miri" actor Justin long are dating. News recently surfaced that the two Hollywood stars have begun a relationship.

A source told Us Weekly that "Justin is super private about his relationships, [so] I'm not positive how they exactly met, but they've known each other for awhile, when they were seeing other people."

The insider revealed to the magazine, "They recently started hanging out more, going on date-like activities. They're both busy ... but they're seeing where it goes."

The source added that the new couple have a "similar sense of humor."

Although they have managed to keep the relationship a secret for some time by keeping things low-key, an eyewitness said that while at an event on July 30th for Seyfried's "Lovelace" premiere. the two were "inseparable."

"Justin came alone and stayed close to Amanda all night," the source said. "They weren't making out or anything like that, but they were just inseparable during the event. He hung out when she talked with others."

The "iSteve" actor hinted via Twitter that something could be possibly brewing between the two when he praised the actress for her performance in her latest film. He wrote, "Adjectives don't do justice to Amanda Seyfried's fearless + transformative perf in Lovelace."

Amanda Seyfried was previously linked to "Dexter" actor Desmond Harrington last summer but a source confirmed that the romance fizzled out a while back.

Meanwhile, the actress was previously in an intense relationship with British actor Dominic Cooper for more than 3 years. The split in 2010 initially devastated the actress; however, they are now close friends.

The actress told ELLE Magazine, "He'll always be in my life regardless of what his girlfriends or future wife think. I'm never going to be with a guy that can't deal with my friendship with him."

Long was most recently linked to Kate Mara last summer. Prior to that relationship, he shared an off-and-on romance with Drew Barrymore from 2007 to 2010.
