Finally moving on from her break up with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart enrolled in UCLA post-spilt. The "Twilight" actress seems set on pursuing goals other than acting as she intends on receiving a degree in English Literature.

Although she is a Hollywood actress who is currently filming "Camp X-Ray," the "On the Road" star wants more than to be just another pretty face, a source told the Mirror UK that "Yes, Kristen's a Tinseltown actress worth millions but she is already considering a life after film. She never got to complete college and she wants to get a proper education.

"She is a voracious reader and cannot wait to get going on her correspondence course.

"It won't be easy and it will mean putting in some fairly strenuous hours. But once she's graduated, Kristen will be able to do almost anything she wants, in or out of Hollywood."

According to the celebrity news site, even though it is not an Ivy League college, The University of California, in Los Angeles, is one of the most respected universities in America.

The institution was recently ranked fourth in a list of top colleges nationwide and has one of the best English courses around.

With her choice to take on college, Stewart will join the list of young actors who also made the decision to receive a college education including, "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson who attends the prestigious Brown University and Lily Collins who graduated from the University of Southern California.

Despite a successful acting career and now her current pursuit of a college education, Kristen Stewart is still hung up on ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

A friend of the actress told Hollywood Life that "It's Rob who has distanced himself from Kristen. He rarely hangs out in the same area as Kristen and her friends. It's just easier for him this way. He's kind of had to start a new life with new friends.

"Kristen still has her old friends. Of course Kristen has some regrets - she feels like she and Rob would be still be together if she had never cheated on him with Rupert. She misses their friendship the most. He was the one person who really got her, who really understood her."

The former couple recently skipped out on attending the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday in an effort to avoid one another and make things awkward.

A source told the celebrity gossip site, "Basically they appreciate all the love that the show and the fans have given them and the movie, but they want to move on with their careers and do not want to always be known for the Twilight films."

The insider added, "Rob and Kristen have a strained relationship."

The friend said that Pattinson thought it would be "odd" to reunite with Kristen "in a public setting with their peers."

Since the split the former couple has kept their distance from one another, even though the actor was spotted at his ex-girlfriend's house, a source close to the stars said that they have not rekindled their romance.
