Amongst rumors that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant again, Kim Kardashian's big sister opted to show the world that she is not a expecting her third child rather than tell them directly.

On Tuesday Kourtney Kardashian was seen enjoying a sushi filled lunch with her boyfriend Scott Disick, her mother Kris Jenner, and her brother and sister Rob and Khloe Kardashian.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars had lunch at the Banzai restaurant in Calabasas, California. The 34-year old mom to Mason, 3, and Penelope, 1, indulged in some rice rolls on the outdoor patio of the eatery.

She wore a white sheer embroidered shirt with a white bra underneath paired with denim jeans and black booties. The reality star accessorized by hiding her face behind a pair of large aviator sunglasses.

As far as it things go in the United States, doctors typically tell their pregnant patients to stay away from raw fish due to bacteria that could lead to illness, according to the Daily Mail.

The celebrity news site reported that infectious disease specialist Larry Pickering for BabyCenter wrote, "Parasites live in the meat of raw fish."

"While sushi chefs are very careful, that doesn't mean they detect every single parasite. And because pregnancy suppresses your immune system, you're much more susceptible to serious illness from any food-borne organism."

Rumors began to surface earlier this week that Kourtney Kardashian was pregnant with her third child with a source telling OK! Magazine that "Kourtney has confessed she's expecting."

"She's very excited and only telling a select few right now - but she just couldn't keep it quiet any longer."

The source revealed that both Disick and Kardashian already planned to have another baby right after Penelope arrived.

Although her latest outing has put wondering minds to rest over her third pregnancy, one must remember that there was no confirmation on what was in the sushi rolls. It could have been cook fish.
