Megan Fox is pregnant! The actress and her husband Brian Austin Green are expecting their second baby together. The couple is already parents to Noah, born September 2012.

The actress' publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, told the New York Post's Page Six , "I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian, they are both very happy."

Fox is currently stationed in New York City where she is filming the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie.

Fox, 27, and Green, 40, began dating in 2004 and got married in 2010, that had their little boy Noah two years later with the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" already being a father to son Kassius, 11, from his previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil.

Back in March Fox told Marie Claire UK that she wanted to have more children and give her baby boy a sibling.

The "Transformers" star said, "All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it."

She went on to say, "I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is."

Fox and Green have done a pretty good job of concealing their son's face from the paparazzi but the actress claims that Noah looks "70 percent" like his father.

The couple managed to keep their baby's birth a secret for weeks. The "Jennifer's Body" star told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM, "We got home and thought, 'This is unbelievable.'"

"Because we weren't expecting to get away with it. So we just figured we would go with it as long as we could."

Once news of Noah's arrival leaked, Fox confirmed his birth through her official Facebook account. "We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love."

She went on to write, "Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes."

According to Us Weekly, she described taking care of a newborn as "exhausting," but insisted she wasn't bothered by the sleepless nights.

She said, "Until you have kids, you can't imagine how much you could possibly love a human being," she explained. "It's really intense and really overwhelming and amazing."
