Amanda Bynes' psychiatric hospital stay is going much better due to the Twitter Queen and Drake lover taking a cocktail of prescribed drugs for schizophrenia while her parents seeking conservatorship, according to TMZ.
The "What I Like About You" actress, 27, is stablized and not hearing any more voices after having taken the meds combination. Sources told TMZ that she responded quickly and dramatically to the prescribed drugs.
In the last three days, Bynes has stopped talking to herself, insulting people and committing violent acts and behaviors.
The actress has been said to act polite and cordial with everyone she speaks to at the hospital, reported the celebrity news site. In fact, the former Nickelodean darling has said "please" and "thank you" to everyone.
But it will take seven to 10 days for the meds to kick in and fully affect Bynes' behaviors. Though docters are optimistic that the starlet will pull through and improve, Bynes may be stuck in mental confidement for a while pending a judge's ruling.
As far as conservatorship, the actress' parents will most likely still be going forward with seeking long-term care and supervision for her even with Bynes' signs of improvement.
The former child star was put on a 5150 hold for mental evaluation following allegations that she started a fire in the driveway of a California home earlier this month, reported TMZ.
Doctors begin evaluating Bynes after police questioned her about why and what she was doing on the property of an unidentified person's home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. on July 22.
The actress gave very bizarre answers and was immediately hospitalized.
