Now single since breaking up with Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev let her almost 4 million Twitter followers know that she had big plans to spoon before she drifted off to sleep.
"The Vampire Diaries" star who was exhausted from a long day tweeted, "Getting ready to spoon the sh** out of my body pillow. Nighty night sleep tight twitterverse / Instaworld! Xoxo."
The actress who plays Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce on the hit CW series seemed tired from shooting season 5 of the returning show and had her mind set on sleep.
However, last week the star dished some details about the show to Entertainment Weekly, she said, "It's been a fun summer for Elena and Damon. Elena's going to college now, so they're going to try to make the long distance thing work."
Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder was a San Diego Comic-Con, also spilling details about the fan favorite Damon and Elena relationship.
According to Wetpaint.com, Ian said, "I mean I think you know, I think you always have to be cognitive of the fact that it's the Vampire Diaries and you can't remain happy for too long in any one given scenario because then there's no conflict.
"But it is cute to see them and their interactions together. I think anyone - whether it be Nina or Paul or myself - anyone will tell you it's typically going to be a lot more fun to play the bad guy, the bad boy, the bad girl because they're more dynamic, they're more fun.
"But it is cute to see Damon and Elena and their interaction. Damon is just smitten, he's in love and it's cute, you know?"
"The Vampire Diaries" executive producer also gave fans a little insight on what to expect from their favorite couple and said, "There's no drama in happiness. One of the things [we will try] to do is to try to keep them happy for a while in the midst of the bad things around them that are trying to tear them apart."
