It looks like Paul Wesley and Torrey DeVitto are getting a divorce after two years of marriage. "The Vampire Diaries" star and the "Pretty Little Liars" actress "have decided to amicably split. They will continue to remain good friends," the actor's rep confirmed to PEOPLE magazine.

Wesley, 31, and DeVitto, 29, met back in" 2007 on the set of their film "Killer Movie." They two were then married in a private ceremony in New York City in April 2011.

People reported that in the past DeVitto has also appeared on "The Vampire Diaries" and played a recurring role as a doctor in the third and fourth season of the series. In 2012, Wesley discussed the benefits of working on the same set of his wife.

The actor said, "It's fantastic because otherwise we'd be 2000 miles away, Los Angeles and Georgia, so it's very nice to be in the same geographical location."

The couple does not have any children.

Similar to his co-star Ian Somerhalder, Wesley did not speak much about his relationship to cameras.

When Somerhalder split for fellow "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev, the two did not publicly address the break up and still have yet to acknowledge it even though it has been months since the romance ended.
