Mrs. Beckham's VVB Fall/Winter 2013/14 collection is ready for the catwalk.
Victoria's latest collection is more androgynous with a darker feel. Refinery 29 reports the line is set to incude "a range of delicate and show-stopping materials that include laser cut overlays and sequins, setting a more playful tone." Ever the fashionista herself, Beckham chose a palette of monochrome colors with grey, navy and berry colored fabrics, alongside a pop of copper.
It looks like Victoria Beckham has said goodbye to the skintight body-cons and barely there hemlines, to welcome relaxed an loose-fitted tunics, shift dresses, and sweatshirts. As far as fabrics go, the British fashion guru has explored new techniques and materials such as compact jersey and treated wool that are simple, yet effective.
For her fall 2013 debut, the singer turned fashion designer decided to shed the girly image of her, dare we say it, posh Victoria Beckham (VVB) line, and produce a sophisticated and mature collection. Beckham puts a modern spin on structured classics, showcasing garments with masculine tailoring and utilitarian uniforms.

"I feel like the Victoria, Victoria Beckham girl this season is an engaged intellectual with a sense of humor," said Victoria. "She can wear anything with aplomb yet she chooses the simplicity of a dress. She marches rather than walks, she drinks espresso, and she devours books and art and film. And she is subversively sexy without trying. I'd like to meet her..."
