In his latest controversial incident, Justin Bieber is accused of spitting at fans while on a hotel balcony in Toronto, Canada on Thursday.
According to TMZ, the 19-year-old "Heartbreaker" singer seemed to have spit a mouthful of saliva at his Beliebers, who were crowded outside his room window. There were pictures showing Bieber's fans looking up at him and one of Bieber in the act, which the celebrity news site claimed was not a first time offense for him.
TMZ reported that the baby-faced crooner had used "spit as a weapon" to assault his neighbor, a random woman at a gym and a nightclub DJ in the past.
In the newest "bad boy" story, TMZ's pictures had led people to speculate that Bieber had committed a disrespectful, disgusting crime against his loyal fans.
But Bieber's rep told US Weekly that the speculation is wrong, "Justin didn't spit on anyone."
"No fans were below the balcony," his rep continued. "TMZ superimposed photos of the fans next to Justin on a completely different balcony to make it appear like he was spitting on fans when he wasn't. In fact, earlier in the day, Justin brought his fans hot chocolate and played them some of his new music. Justin loves his fans."
The rep also told US that the media should be more responsible.
"At what point are we going to start demanding that journalists actually fact check?" He continued, "At what point does the media have to have some kind of standard or some kind of integrity?"
Bieber, who just attended his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez' 21st birthday party on Saturday night, has not responded to the claim.
But TMZ did deny that they "superimposed" the photos, painting Bieber as a liar.
