It looks like "Glee" star Lea Michele has returned to Twitter and finally broke her silence following the death of her boyfriend and co-star, Cory Monteith, who was found dead on July 13th.

The actress tweeted, "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart." Attached to the caption was a photo of the couple embracing each other in a loving hug looking happy as the two smiled for the camera.

Since the 31-year old actor's death the actress has been making funeral and memorial arrangements in honor of her late boyfriend.

Following Monteith's death Michele's rep released a statement updating inquiring minds about the actress' "whereabouts and emotional state," according to E! News. The statement said, "Lea is deeply grateful for all the love and support she's received from family, friends, and fans."

It went on to say, "Since Cory's passing, Lea has been grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them. They are supporting each other as they endure this profound loss together. We continue to ask the media to respect the privacy of Lea and Cory's family."

Her rep also asked that "everyone kindly respect Lea's privacy during this devastating time." Monteith was found alone in his Vancouver hotel room after he missed his checkout time, autopsy reports later revealed that he died from a fatal mix of alcohol and heroine.

It was revealed by a source to Us Weekly, that the actor had plans on moving in with Lea Michele when he returned from Vancouver and was also planning a surprise birthday party for the actress for her August birthday.
