Dakota Fanning was spotted holding hands with a cute guy on Thursday in New York City as she walked through the streets.

The actress was seen flaunting her new romance for the world to see as she interlocked fingers with a mystery boy while strolling through Manhattan, according to the Daily Mail.

The "Twilight" actress was first spotted with her boy toy back in May as the two shared a few laughs while enjoying a private afternoon.

However, on Thursday Fanning was looking comfortable as she rocked a pair of black leather pants tucked into her matching ankle boots paired with a Heather grey cardigan, sunglasses and navy scarf. While her new boyfriend dressed down as well in a grey sweater and sneakers, jeans and tortoiseshell sunglasses.

The Daily Mail reported that after their romantic stroll in the West Village, the couple separated with Fanning stopping for a coffee run.

The news of "The Runaways" star's relationship comes as a little ironic seeing as just a couple of months ago the actress said that she's not really interested in the opposite sex because she doesn't like dating.

Earlier this year she told Glamour magazine, "I have a weird vision of relationships because my parents have known each other since second grade, and they got married right out of college.

"I've always thought that's what it's supposed to be like, and if it's not, then I don't want to waste my time on it.

"Even when I was 14, I was like, 'I'm not gonna marry this person. What's the point of doing it?' It's not me being naive. I just know what it's supposed to be like. And I think until I feel that, I cannot be bothered."
