The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge decided to give the world a first look at the unnamed royal baby boy. Prince William along with Kate Middleton and their baby boy stood outside St. Mary's Hospital showing off the royal heir.

As of 2:21 p.m. on Tuesday it was reported by CNN that William and Catherine have left the Lindo Wing of their London hospital for Kensington Palace after briefly showing their son to the world.

"It's very special," said Prince William, who exited St. Mary's Hospital with the Duchess a day after giving birth to their son.

The Duke joked about the newborn favoring his mother, "He's got her looks, thankfully," he said to which his wife responded with a laugh and said, "No, no, no."

The Duchess wore a baby-blue polka dot dress with her long brown hair around her shoulders as she held the baby who was covered in a white blanket.

She then handed the baby to her husband and he told the press "He's a big boy. He's quite heavy," according to ABC News.

When asked about how much hair the baby has William said, "He's got way more than me, thank God."

Before heading back into the hospital, William said, "You guys can all go back to normal now and we can look after him."

Minutes later the couple returned with the baby in a car seat that the placed In the their vehicle. Prince William got in the driver's seat and Kate got in the back with the baby and the couple drove off to Kensington Palace.
