On Thursday, Miley Cyrus had a wardrobe malfunction as she stepped out in London, according to Global Grind.

The "We Can't Stop" singer, 20, unfortunately exposed her see-through undies underneath her super-short skirt while getting out a car. Only those looking closely like some photographers caught the slip, which seemed to be a mere mishap.

Cyrus was on her way to a radio interview at KISS FM, and was either not aware or didn't care about the undie flash, reported Hollywood Life.

Though shutterbugs peeked and snapped her undergarments, the former Disney darling appeared unfazed. "She simply continued to get out of the car and walk into the studio with a huge grin on her face," according to HL.

But this is not the first time that photogs saw her personals. Last April, Cyrus was caught going commando in a sexy black mini dress after leaving a Pilates class in Los Angeles, and rocking numerous tops without a bra, HL reported.

And she exposed some underbutt in her signature too-short shorts last June, reported HL .

It seems that Miley Cyrus can't seem to stay covered up for long, and tends to give a lot of "side boob" action. Psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig weighted in on the singer's skin baring to HL last June, "Well, I think in part it gets attention."

"So part of the celebrity business is getting attention," he continued. "To some extent it makes celebrities feel like they exist, like they're important and they matter."

But Cyrus looked hot this time around, "wearing her stellar silver heels, showing off her 'Weird Trip' shirt, and smiling big while wearing shades," reported GG.
