Following their break up there has been speculation of how Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are behaving on set of their CW hit show "The Vampire Diaries." However, despite peace on the set lately reports reveal that the actor has been throwing jabs at his ex through interviews and social networks.

The stars recently began shooting season five of their show and Somerhalder used his Twitter account to tweet messages from the set.

His latest tweets has had fan guessing if he is still hung up on his 24-year old co-star Dobrev since he has been throwing subtle yet petty jabs her way.

His most recent tweeted read, "'There are only three things to be done with a woman. You can love her, suffer for her, or turn her into literature.' Henry Miller."

Not to mention his previous tweet hours before that said, "Wrapped-crazy to be back on these stages in Georgia. Wow, so many memories here. Season 5-this show has lasted more than most Marriages..."

However, Twitter is not the only way Somerhalder subtly insulted his ex, a month after their break up he had an interview with Women's Health Magazine and revealed his desire to be able to seduce women as easily as his "Vampire Diaries" character, vampire Damon Salvatore, according to International Business Times.

"If it were that easy, life would be so much simpler!"

The actor also revealed what a woman could do to seduce him, he said, "Lingerie ... but when it's off [and] crumpled up on the floor."

He also revealed what he finds attractive about a woman, "When someone can dance or you have rhythm with someone, it's really sexy."

Although neither actor has publicly addressed their split Somerhalder spilled on how he handles heartbreak, he said, "There are a million ways to handle it. You have wine, you have exercise, you have meditation, you have friends. You know, friends can be your meditation."

After the break up his ex-girlfriend spent all her time with her friends whereas the actor headed to the other side of the world to film a movie and hung out with his new co-stars.
