This week, I went hunting in my beauty bag for the go-to items I simply love to tote around. A beauty junkie always has to stay armed with her best backups, so these picks are my top 3 of the moment.  We all have those times when you need to reapply a fading lip color, make lashes pop, or refresh in your signature scent. Here are three items you might wanna try, as they have definitely seen me through impromptu happy hours, nights out on the town, and prettifying pick-me-ups.

L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black. The name says it all.  If you want defined, dramatic black lashes, this offers the lash moment you are looking for. The unique formula of panthenol and ceramide-R builds and thickens voluptuous lashes while conditioning them, so they remain supple and healthy. The brush is also great, designed to glide on just the right amount of mascara without clumping or flaking. And the sexy little black and gold tube will definitely make you wanna lash out.

No one wants to tote around a big bottle of perfume, so thank the beauty gods for the invention of rollerballs. I am loving the classic Marc Jacobs Woman fragrance. The bottle is so sleek, it fits in every bag I have and the scent is divine. Described as a seductive interpretation of gardenia, this 0.34 oz rollerball is a must have.

Lastly, tools are a must. Sure you can apply lipsticks the traditional way, but since I came across the Revlon Lipstick Brush, it's all I use. The precision this little guy delivers minimizes the possibility of lipstick mistakes and the need for as many reapplications. The brush is soft yet sturdy, with a flat tapered shape that makes the process easier. Even better, the sleek cover doubles as an elongated handle for better control.

That's all the peak into my purse you'll get this week!  Look out for my weekly Beauty Editor picks every Monday!  For more product junkie news, follow us @BeautyWorldNews on Twitter and like us on Facebook
