Suri Cruise was called a brat on Tuesday by one of the paparazzi trying to get a photograph of her. The 7-year old ambushed by cameras when she exited a New York City hotel with her mother actress Katie Holmes

It is hard to be the child of a Hollywood celebrity, not only are cameras constantly shoved in your parents face but as you get older they become more aggressive with you.

As Holmes and Cruise made their way to the car along with Suri's playmate the three wear swarmed by paparazzi.

Seemingly annoyed with the constant flashes Cruise yelled. "We're trying to get in the car... stop it!"

The photographers continue to crowd the trio to which Tom Cruise's daughter yelled, "Get out of the way!"

When Suri finally reached the car a member from the paparazzi yelled out to Cruise and called her a brat.

The man was then confronted by another gentleman in the crowd for the name calling. According to Cambio, the angry paparazzo responded to the man's reaction by saying, "I don't care. She's a...little brat kid."

A little harsh don't you think?

The actress simply ignored the crowd and joined her daughter in the vehicle. Since divorcing from Suri's father, Katie Holmes has not dated. She was briefly linked to her "Mania Days" co-star Luke Kirby but those rumors quickly faded.

According to the Daily Mail, a producer who once worked with Holmes said that she's not ready to date just yet.

"She's lying low on the romantic side of things. She doesn't need that right now. Her focus is on Suri."

The producer said, "I don't think she's ready...Once she left Tom, she got right back on track. Her attitude was 'Okay, fine, let's get back to work.' Things have been tough for her, but she's happy. She's moving on."
