It looks like Kevin Jonas is going to be a dad. The oldest member of the Jonas Brother trio is expecting his first child with wife Danielle. The happy couple announced the pregnancy news via Twitter.

The excited dad to be tweeted his wife, "So pumped for my mom to be @daniellejonas you are going to be an amazing mom and can't wait!!!! #babyjonas."

The expecting mother also wrote about her joy of a new baby tweeting, "I am so happy to tell everyone, it's been so hard keeping this news in !!!"

Jonas also confirmed the announcement to E! News, the network currently airs his reality show "Married to Jonas."

According to CNN, the reality show chronicles the couple's marriage, along with the singer's hectic schedule and his wife transition into the limelight.

Kevin Jonas exclusively spoke to E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic on Skype to express his happiness of having a baby on the way, he said, "I was overjoyed."

He continued to say, "It's been the most exciting thing in my life so far."

Jonas fans were also ecstatic to hear the news about a bonus Jonas, one fan tweeted, "@kevinjonas @daniellejonas AWWWWHHH!!! :') omg. and you're gonna be an amazing Dad :)."

While another wrote, "Found out about #BabyJonas and I couldn't be more excited if I was having my own baby! Lol."

The couple met back in 2007 while their families were both vacationing in the Bahamas, two years later they tied the knot in a New York wedding. The will be the first child for the two.
