Khloe Kardashian has a new pregnancy plan after her sister, Kim gave birth to her first child, daughter North West.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, 29, has a major case of baby fever and is "super eager" to start a family with husband, Lamar Odom, according to Wetpaint. After some failed attempts to have a child, the aunt of three is taking a more laid-back approach to putting a bun in the oven. Her new strategy is all about exercise and ditching fertility treatments.

"People say you can get pregnant when you're not even thinking about it," one of Kardashian's friends told Life & Style, "and when you're healthy and in a good place so she's taking that advice and just going for it." The reality TV star, who recently revealed her 30-pounds-lighter body, is changing her eating habits to organic foods, as per advice from her older sister, Kourtney.

"She is hoping without the extra weight or fertility meds, she can finally get pregnant naturally," the friend continued. And the healthy lifestyle changes can do a world of good for Kardashian.

Los Angeles-area fertility physician Gayane Ambartsumyan believes that she is taken steps in the right direction. "Khloe is young, so this approach may work for her," Gayane said. "I encourage all my patients to get their bodies and minds into the best shape to have a better chance of success." But Ambartsumyan is not the only one happy with Kardashian's new baby-making strategy.

A source told Perez Hilton that Odom was not a fan of Kardashian's original approach. "Lamar hated all the fertility methods and medicines," said the source. "He also hated having to have timed and planned [relations.] He really didn't like the way she was acting when she was on the meds either - always so high-strung and stressed-out, it became a second job for both of them."
